VERIFY:geological_stage: stored=kimmeridgian suggested=kimmeridgian-tithonian confidence=medium — Current sources place Apatosaurus in the late Kimmeridgian to early Tithonian of the Morrison Formation, not the Kimmeridgian alone; this is also consistent with the stored end date of 150 mya, which falls within the Tithonian (begins ~152.1 mya). Britannica likewise dates the Morrison Formation to the Kimmeridgian and early Tithonian (~155–148 Ma).
